Born into a family of businessmen in December 1975 in Mumbai, as a child Nikunj ji was an atheist who never believed in existence of God. However, at the age of 13, a chanced encounter with “Spiritual Legend” Rajyogini Brahma Kumari Didi Nalini ji totally changed his life. Inspired by her thoughts & teachings, he decided to pursue spirituality after seeking permission from his parents. At such a tender age, he renounced worldly pleasures and took to the path of sacrifice, meditation, imbibing spiritual pearls of knowledge and spreading peace in the world. No sooner did he surrender his life for Godly services, than he had to face severe criticism and resistance from his family and society, but he remained steadfast in his spiritual endeavor because of his ardent love and faith in the Supreme Lord.
For the past 33 years he has a treasure of valuable experiences resulting from Sacrifice, Penance and Godly services. He has attained remarkable progress in spirituality and has flourished as a true Spiritual Guide for one and all. By imbibing divine virtues and values under the expert guidance and training of the most revered Dadi’s & Didi’s at Brahma Kumaris, he has been able to make great progress in the development of his inner self and thus enhance his inner skills and potentialities.
His love for writing has proved to be a valuable asset in spreading spiritual knowledge to people all over the world. Since early 2007, He has been writing weekly columns regularly and has 7000+ articles published in 4 languages (English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati) in major national dailies and magazines across 3 countries viz. India, Nepal and UK.
A linguist in 6 languages, Rajyogi Brahmakumar Nikunj carries a blend of eastern spiritual wisdom and western education and culture thereby enabling him to inspire Youngsters, Professionals, Celebs, Politicians, Religious Leaders, etc, to make a DIFFERENCE.
Along with emerging as a young Spiritual Educator, Rajyogi BrahmaKumar Nikunj has been instrumental in many social projects undertaken by Brahma Kumaris. viz:. Development of a marshy – garbage dumping ground into a “Peace Park”, conducting Corporate Training Programmes (Stress Management and Leadership -SML) at MNC's like Godrej, Nicholas Piramal, Rallis India, Coca Cola to name a few, undertaking social activities for the blind and disabled like distributing them ration kits, blankets, etc, collaborating with the Medical Professionals to conduct Health camps, Blood Donation camps. He has been instrumental in developing one of its kind Holistic Centre for Mental and Physical Wellbeing - Brahmakumaris YOG Bhavan in Mumbai, which is a place where individuals who are under immense stress come to find solace.
